Achillian race
The annual Achillian race of 10,000 meters

One or two days after May 21st, depending on climatic conditions, a sport event is taking place, the annual Achillian race.
The route passes through the villages of the former Municipality of Achillion and after about 21 km the athletes finish in Benitses, where are the awards and medals, the event is upgraded every year with a larger number of participants.
This year (2011) the race will take place on Sunday June 5th.
